Hi there, day 2 for me, feeling overwhelmed but at the same time motivated.. I am 229 pounds, at 5'2.. my goal weight is 135.. i read a post, that really helped me just now, she said to set smaller goals so that 100 pounds dont feel like it's immpossible. So im going to go with getting to 200 lbs first.. i have started so many times other diets, and really never made it past a week!! This time feels different for some reason..I saw a picture of me and cried hard!! my friends seem to have no problem losing weight, i gain weight as easy as they lose just for today, im going to exercise more, walk/jog a little further then yst, eat better...

Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it..
