Dancing is a wonderful exercise. I am a part of the dance ministry at our church and we rehearse on Wed nights and then I take a ballet class on Fri mornings. I have danced on and off for almost 19 yrs, both as a student and as an instructor. Since I started this weight loss journey, getting back into something that I love has been a huge blessing.
