I love coming home at the end of a long day turning up the music and letting go! I live alone so I can get really into it.

Dancing is a wonderful exercise. I am a part of the dance ministry at our church and we rehearse on Wed nights and then I take a ballet class on Fri mornings. I have danced on and off for almost 19 yrs, both as a student and as an instructor. Since I started this weight loss journey, getting back into something that I love has been a huge blessing.

HI I was inspired today to start to dance for an hour a day to burn off calories and be on my way for a firm stomach and a sexier toner body! I invite you to take this adventure with me and dance for an hour a day to your favorite radio station and have fun!
