I too am new to the dairy free and will continue to look for recipes I am finding I don't get the substitutions and no one in my family is interested in the dairy free ride

Does anyone use the meal planner who is dairy free? How?

I now use almond milk in my cereal and coffee the chocolate is delish & coconut milk for cooking & Smoothies
best smoothie every 1 cup coconut milk 1 scoop protein powder and 1/4 cup pineapple chunks taste just like a pina colada!!

I haven't been diagnosed with anything but dairy does seem to bother me so I'm trying to steer clear. There are plenty of non-dairy milk substitutes, but the only one I really like is almond milk. The brand I get is Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened. Most almond milk from the store is sweetened or vanilla flavored or some other flavor - I stay away from those, the original unsweetened is the only one I like.

i have pcos and have been advised to steer clear from dairy this is all new to me any low cal recipes any one would like to share
