I eat them every day in order to reach my fat goals. If it fits into your spark range, there shouldn't be a reason why you can't have them every day.

what suggestion are you basing it on?

Since nuts have healthy fats there shouldn't be a problem with have however many a day will fit into your macro goals.

Just bought the 100 cal packs of nuts and am wondering if I eat one bag a day, if it fulfills the nutritional suggestion....

I know 14 walnut halves are recommended every other day - just want to get other's take on it...Thanks!
