If you're exercising and watching what you eat, you don't need to take any pill. There is no pill a person can take that will help speed up weight loss. If there really was one, we'd all be thin. If a person loses weight, it's a placebo effect, nothing more.
Nah, save your money. I can assure you that if you continue to eat right, watch your portions and get some regular exercise, you will lose weight with time.
Here's something I learned from my own years of yo yo dieting,"the faster a person takes off the weight, the faster it packs back on. Take the weight off slowly and it will stay off".
I really wish there was a pill we could take, but there isn't one despite what the website says.
