Click above on MY TRACKERS, MY NUTRITION Click "tracker options" click "change diet settings" click "add another nutrient to track" select fiber...you will see that it already lists the goal amount as 25-35 grams daily.

I believe that if you start tracking the nutrient, the appropriate range should show up on your nutrition page. It's that way with my sodium tracking.

I ready in the Insider that we can add nutrients to my tracker. I want to track FIBER. But I need to know how much fiber to create in the tracker for myself. ie. FROM___ TO ____. SO I CAN CREATE THE CORRECT RANGE. Anyone know how I can find my range. I know how to create the page...just not the range for myself.
