You should see a link on the top of the team page to your training plan, just like before. Do you see that?

I left and rejoined the team. Where do I find a printout or list of what I for each day during the 10 weeks? I cant find anything, just a lot of threads in the group about peoples expeerience with the group or running.

Hi Sarah

You'll need to leave the team, then rejoin. That will reset your program.

How do I start over and start getting day 1 week 1 e-mails and everything needed for the program? I am already a member of the group, I just cant figure out where to go and reset everything so I can start from the beginning.
