the SP nutrition data base has so many items, sometimes it is easier to use a very simple search to find that you are looking for. As Dragon said, try searing for corn, or tilapia, or tuna, or whatever it is you are looking for. The mistake I used to make was typing in too much- like asparagus spears, or whole pumpkin, or chicken breast filet. Too much can confuse the poor thing.

I am new to the Spark People nutrition tracker and I really like what I have used so far. I cannot find corn on the cob or cooked corn in the nutrition library. I also cannot find any type of fish in the library. Can anyone offer any information on where to find these common food items in the Spark People nutrition tracker library?
