If you're just starting out with strength training, I'd recommend a full body routine (that includes core work), 2-3 days per week. You might want to check out the videos on our site (click on Articles and Videos at the top of the page and go to Videos) that can be modified for any ability level. Unfortunately, I don't think you can download them to play on your TV.
