Thanks for your response. I'm going to check it out now.
I know how to cook them on top of the stove, but I wanted to take this to a breakfast for a crowd @ church.
I'll be expermenting tonight and Saturday.
Good thing is they won't go to waste! yum! emoticon

Even with this recipe, it may take a little experimentation before it comes out perfectly because some crock pots cook a little faster/slower than others.

Hey! Does anyone have any advice on how to cook grits in a crock pot? Otherwise, I'll be experimenting on friends and family and they might not appreciate it. Mostly I need to how long (or more precisely, when to begin cooking) do I need to cook them. THANKS
