The best diet is one that you can be on for a lifetime, meaning that it involves you eating foods that you like, in moderation. I, personally, won't be eating millet. I do eat whole wheat most of the time. But, when I eat pasta (about once to twice per week), I eat regular pasta because I do not enjoy the whole wheat varieties. I do love avocados, but I also use a little Brummel and Brown margarine sometimes. I try to limit processed foods. So far as sodas, I used to drink a lot of them...the regular kind. I switched to diet soda (which some people will say is bad for you), and then I worked to limit myself to one diet soda daily (at dinner). My current diet is something that I can stick to. It involved me making over my favorite meals (so they would help me to stay within my Spark ranges) instead of trying to make myself eat millet!
I think that, if you stick to your Spark ranges, this this is a good, healthy, way to eat.
