That is awesome you have lost 50 pounds. Maybe ask your consultant from Weight Watchers.
I would continue to log your info on spark people and maybe make some adjustments on your goals and settings for your trackers.
If you feel good and don't feel hungry all the time and your have energy. I would say your doing great. Soon you will have to do the program on your own when your done so be prepared for the after the WW.
Keep up the good work and try not to beat yourself up over it. Work on the positive and what you can control.
Sometimes the best place to start is where you are -- continue to apply your Weight Watcher Points approach while tracking how those points translate into actual nutrients. You may find that being lower in calcium and iron in addition to other macronutients (protein for instance) will cause you to begin to select other foods that focus on nutrients. You might also decide that since you are seeing a stall in your weight loss AND you notice that you are routinely below your SparkPeople range it is best to boost up your intake (add more Points if that is easier for you to figure in your head) to see if that changes your weight loss. Trial and error and putting both systems of information and monitoring is a great way to move forward.

It's possible; undereating is definitely a cause for a lot of folks' stalled weight gain.
Especially if you exercise regularly, it's important to make sure your body has adequate fuel.
I don't know about weight watchers, but I've never heard if it takes into account your fitness level. Since you don't have any shared food or fitness trackers, it's tough to say what you might be doing "wrong" - but undereating can indeed cause your weight loss to slow or stop!

I just started using sparkpeople.com but have been doing weight watchers on my own at home since last July. When I track the amount of daily points aloud for weight watchers I don't even come close to the amount of calories I am supposed to be eating according to sparkpeople. I have lost 50 pounds since last July and am finally under 200 but now I'm wondering if the lack of calories is the reason I am losing weight so slow. Any thoughts?
