I also like looking at the activity scroll on the right side of the team pages. Each team displays member's blog posts , photos, etc on the right side of the page. Clicking on them and exploring other team members' park pages is a great way to get to know other team members!

Welcome. Just introduce yourself to the chosen team. Then just scroll through prevoius posts for anything that interests you and jump on in. Good luck.

On the teams that you are a part of if there is a challenge listed that you are interested in simply reply to it and join in. Most of the it's as simple as that.

Hi!

When you find a team that interests you and you wish to join click the JOIN button at the top. Most teams have a "thread" to Introduce yourself. Look at the ones that have already posted for ideas what to say.

Hi I have joined a couple of teams/forums but am still a bit confused as to how to join in.

I am 46 and have about 18lb to loose. I am not good at sticking to things and have no one to get fit with so would love to join challenges.

I live on Merseyside in the UK and have a lot of open space around me and plenty of free time so am very lucky. I have good and bad depression days but am going to get to my goal.
