I think it would vary on preparation method and what's in it. Lo mein could have chicken, or it could have beef or pork or none at all... obviously chicken would be lower in calorie than the beef one. Also if it's made with a lot of oil then it would be higher.
If we're talking just the lo mein noodles, then it would be around 1 cup, since 2oz of noodles is approximately 1 cup.
You really need to look at the package or get the information from the restaurant to know for sure. I see some in our data base that say a "serving" is 140 calories so it really depends on how a member entered the information for a serving.

wow... 450 calories seems a lot for a 1/2 cup! I guess I will not be eating lo mein!
