A lot of people gravitate towards the Diet/Nutrition board for food questions, carb questions, intake questions.
A lot of people use the Panic! Button board for immediate help.
But, without knowing your question....no one can help you ;)

What kind of help do you need? I've found the message boards incredibly helpful when I have a question varying from nutrition and fitness to staying motivated. Sometimes it can be found in the articles. Or if it's for something very specific you could try to find a team to join. Teams are fantastic if you haven't joined one yet, you just have to find an active one. Or you could join a challenge, it's fun working towards a goal with a group of people.

It has helped me to not graze all day long. Measuring foods, and counting out the nuts and grapes etc. So that the calorie count is held accountable for me. I enjoy the help of the nutrition board. I do have a question though sometimes I could use some help and it seems there is no where to get the help I need at the time.
