That is awesome!!!
I'm proud of myself, too.. I wasn't perfect.. but I'm satisfied with the day. I worked my fingers to the bone in the house, but I didn't exercise like I do most days. And my eating was good, though not ideal- but when eating something a little "evil", I kept really good control. Most years I don't.
So all in all.. I give myself high marks. I'm happy for you for making it through Christmas in such a strong place.
