these are my personal homemade favorites that are better options opposed to getting ice cream or sherbert, or a sugary fast food drink

watermelon sorbet:
the recipe's ratio of melon puree to sugar is 5:1, but i reduce it to a half cup of sugar. very delicious if you have the time and don't mind being a little sticky.

homemade arnie palmer:
i like this one because you have control over what goes in it. i usually prepare mine with less sugar and more cold water/tea bags.

peach smoothie (no recipe)
for this one i usually just freeze 2 peaches, slice them, pop them in the blender and i'm ready to go as they are sweet enough you don't need to add sugar. it's essentially like eating the fruit itself.
