To find teams, go under the community tab. On the team page, put "Wheat Belly" in the search box.

Hi - just found your post, with no input at all! Apparently, you're avoiding wheat - there is a Wheat Belly team, and if you look at the Spark pages of those team members, you'll find more similar teams.

I made a bread tonight, wanted to share for thoughts/input:
1 cup chia seed meal 1 cup hemp seed meal 5 egg whites baking powder and soda garlic, rosemary, thyme
It's fantastic - dense, tasty, and I'm thinking packed with fiber, protein, and low carb. Input from anyone?
