Mine kinda melted when I made them but they were still delicious. I will be making them in addition to Chef Meg's wing recipe for the Super Bowl this weekend.

I know one thing, that I know nothing.

Tried her recipe for the fried cheese sticks you bake. Very good and i even like them cold maybe better but i like a lot of food cold. I used Italian salad dressing instead of the dry seasoning as i had this. Used plain Italian bread crumbs not ones she used as i had these too. Used one egg white also.

I do wish i had double coated them but if i had they been to yummy. There so easy to make so fast they sure will be made again.

If you use salad seasoning i say toss in a baggie as it is messier but there worth it.

emoticon made these again today using water and it worked as good if your out of egg

whites. Omited flour also today worked just as good.

Baggie to shake helped then not go flat also . These are just to good !

Granddaughter does not like due to seasoning but loves this cheese

Anyone know a way to roll these to bake in some thing sweet for kids?

Wonder if just cinnamion or pie spice would work and bake them and omit the flour
