Hi, thanks for writing. I am the editor of
"Chef Meg Approved" recipes are submitted by members but require just a few tweaks to bring them up to chef level. We have since changed how we post these so that the original member receives credit.
If you have any other suggestions for recipe makeovers or additional content, don't hesitate to let me know.

Anyone else thing the actual user that submits the recipe that chef Meg uses, should at the very least get there user name and some credit put in the "changed" recipe. The chicken wing one has now changes whatsoever except changing the grams to ounces. This just seems wrong to me!
