I've gotten into the habit of wearing a tracker to track my steps. I've noticed that I strive daily to get more steps. I've even surprised myself server days by doing 2.5 miles. I've let do the treadmill in the garage to walk on it. This Girl Is On FIRE!!!!

goals cholesterol LDL 70 reached but still active monitoring normal blood sugar this was met at physical in august 2013 however still watching carbs weight average
