I'm back to SP after a long while off, lost about 25lbs last year and 12 have crept back on, they must be gone and some more should follow!
I'd REALLY appreciate a buddy, initially on a 2 week INTENSE accountability trip... Anyone up for it?! I'm talking updating each other EVERY day on what we have eaten and done in terms of exercise... Message me please! :)

Well, I am half asleep at 9:30a.m. Haven't really started my day today but I wanted to post
to let everyone know I got all three goals met yesterday. My goals are post every day on the
message boards, eat one whole grain serving every day and exercise 10 minutes per day.
Exercising 10 minutes replaced going for a walk since it is bitter cold out emoticon
Keep up the great work today!
