Sometimes I'll wake up in the middle of the night with a really bad cramp in my leg. It usually coincides with prolonged "slip-ups" in my eating habits... Heh. Usually eating enough fruits & veggies makes things better over the next few days (so it's probably a potassium deficiency, at least in my case). I think milk also has a decent amount of potassium too.
