I quit smoking over 4 years ago, I did it with herbal cigarettes. Honey Rose was the name, they have no nicotine, I went through them like crazy, they stunk really BAD, made everything stink really BAD! But after a month I stopped smoking those reminding myself there's no nicotine in them so there is nothing I am addicted to! Now for the first couple of weeks with no real cigarettes (as I called the herbal ones fakes) I did cry and I got frustrated a lot and wanted a cigarette. The more I wanted one the more I smoked of the fake ones. It worked for me after smoking for over 20 years! Good luck on your journey!

I am looking for advice from former smokers about quitting without gaining even more weight.
