Hi I'm new to this. I have always enjoyed running , swimming and fitness. Now I have had to change due to advanced osteo-arthritis in my spine.I am posting this to say you can change your life style and still benefit and be happy. If anyone out there is depressed about illness try to stay positive and adapt to the new symptoms gradually.I'm only early fifties so now I am looking forward to a different way of enjoying exercise. I'm not saying it is all plain sailing but it can be done.Do reply if you want to chat. x
