You can also make substitutions on the meal plans. If the meal plan calls for bread--select a gluten free bread.

You cannot do that with Spark because foods vary so much from region to region.

You can turn off the meal plan completely and enter your own food.

I am new and need to have a gluten free diet menu.


Is there a way to change the meal plan to always make a menu be gluten free.
