I hit my first Plateau after 5-6 weeks of successful weight loss progress! Its been 7 Weeks with SP and I was able to get out of my Plateau fast! I started losing again!
I changed things a bit:
1) Added more cardio (2 more days)
2) Added the intensity to my walking by taking my double stroller and putting my 3 kids in it (most of the time)
3) Changed my eating a little: substituted fresh pressed juice and powder protein for my breakfast. (used to just eat plain oatmeal in the mornings)
4) Started to do calorie cycling now.
And guess what? It absolutely worked! I started losing again!
Any more advices on how you were able to get out of plateau?
