At age 57, I have decided that I am creating my own bucket list of things I've always wanted to do, but never did. I'm not too old to be able to have a good time. Next on my list - whitewater rafting!!

This year I will turn 60 but I sure have loved being in my fifties. I feel like I am still thirty something :)

Having just lost my 50th pound, I'm "over 50" in more ways than one . . . or at least I will be when pound 51 goes bye-bye! I've weighed the same thing for days, but such is life at age 63. I cling to every pound for dear life! But I WILL get to goal.

Over 50 can be the start of every day challenges. I look at it as every day that I eat healthy and get some sort of exercise in I'm doing what I can to help me as I have medical problems that can make some days a big challenge.

Just starting out and hoping to get back to where I was when I was in the military. I know I can never be that fit again but it would be nice to feel in shape again, so here I start and take one step at a time. At least I am glad I am not doing it alone.
