i did skinny jeans yesterday didnt get to do 28bootcamp i walked 40 min yesterday today im gonna do the same i lost 1 lb

Today is day one of my team skinny jeans workout dont know how many calories thar is but its part of my workout today than im gonna do a cardio session of 30 minutes to go with my workout emoticon

I did 20 minutes on the eliptical today i didnt have alot of time but plan on doing some more exercise later when i have more time to burn the rest of the 200 calories for the da emoticon emoticon

emoticon im starting this journal to keep me accountable for exerciseing everyday. My goal is to b size awesome by vacation (march 17th) and to burn off 200 calories a day. emoticon
