On 1800-1900 calories (as you initially planned) these would be an estimate for:
Carbs: 203-309grams
Protein: 60-166 grams
Fat: 40-74 grams

I believe it was about 2100 to start and as i loss i would lower it. 2 years ago I would walk at least a mile and a half 3 times a week, do the bike for about a half hour , two days and tried lots of workout dvds. and then i lost the drive. I have begun some low impact sitting exercise and hope to work my way back up to walking and doing some of the spark exercise. and yes the meds have made a world of difference no longer sluggish. Thank s I will try the 1800, keeping the 1400-1600 in mind in case I begin to stall. Thanks for your help

What was your calorie intake 2 years ago when you had weight loss?
Since you can tell you are losing, stick to 1700-1800 calories.
Are you able to exercise?
AND...I'm so glad that you are being treated for your hypothyroidism. Now that you have it regulated---weight loss will be easier and you will feel more enegized.

Well I am not sure .will try to make a long story short. about 2 years ago i joined spark at about 350 maybe more anyway i got down to 298 and weight would not come off. went to dr. said i had hypothyroid played around with dose of meds now at 150 mg. kinda gave up weight went up to at least 325 again became very discouraged. tryin to get back on track afraid to weigh in as it always make me feel depressed. will go back to dr. end of jan to weight in. been eating healthy and staying with range spark gave to lose one pound a week It was 2100 min so I wanted to move it down to 1800. I can tell I have lost in this 2 week period just dont know how much. honestly i feel i cant do under the 1800. thanks for helping

Have you been following 1800-1900 calories?
Have you been losing 2 pounds weekly?

I'm thinking, a range of 1400-1600 calories daily would be more appropriate.
Can you share more.

I can help you set those ranges, but I first want to make sure that 1800-1900 is the correct weight loss calorie range for you. This seems to me to be some what high.

Help pllease I am trying to reset my goals I want to take in between 1800 and 1900 cal. how many carbs, fats and protein should I consume. when I changed my calorie goal the others did not change. thx
