The suggestions is to have a excellent rate of calorie consumption, 40-50% Carbs, 25-35% proteins, 20-30% fat. Under 2500 mg of sodium and over 25 grms of fiber. This details can be discovered once you get into details into your food and using the Research device from the top selection.

To determine the mathematical to determine the variety of grms of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat you should eat, take the count of calorie consumption you are assume to eat.

Divide it by the precentages you are using. So for Carbohydrates you will have a variety of calorie consumption that signify a portion of the complete, same for proteins and fat.

I just realized when I entered food I ate it does not subtract fiber from carbs which led me to believe I was way over on carbs. I finally figured that no fiber was taken from carbs before entering in records. Also, I and the wife are bombing out on sodium. We really try to cut way down on it but we fail miserably!!She doesn't use much but I on the other hand DO NOT LIKE BLAND FOOD,PERIOD!! Gotta taste it in order to appreciate it. We do prepare some fresh foods but we also find it very expensive even when veggies are in season. We do need and appreciate any help we can get. Thanks, Ivan and Elsie
