I just finished day 30 of the 30 Day Shred yesterday and I LOVE it! I lost several inches overall and 10 pounds over the course of the month. Each level gets progressively harder and level 3 is a killer! But it works every part of your body and you'll get a great workout! Good luck!!

It's only $7 on amazon. I am using 5lb weights and they are perfect. there are 3 different workouts on it, designed to be 10 days each, so your body doesn't adapt. Its not a workout to do over and over past the 30 days, but I don't think you can adapt in 30 days. for $7, you cannot go wrong. After the 30 days, I plan on buying a different DVD. and so on :)

If you have a public library nearby, see if they have a copy you can borrow. I have it in my rotation....it's a good quick workout, but your body is going to adapt to it quickly, strength-wise. The moves she does and the speed of the reps is going to really limit how much weight you can use.

absolutely! I am on day 2 and have no doubt I will get some awesome results in 30 days. I am adding to it though, by doing an additional 30-45 mins of cardio on the treadmill (incline walking).

It doesn't make you sweat a ton, because it is a lot of strength along with cardio, so you won't get a sweat unless you add in pure cardio, which is why I am adding in )

Thank you dose it make you sweat badly as thats what im looking for on a dvd but only want to do up to 30mins aday x

I have it and really like it! My husband even does it too and he's already fit!

I like that it's only about 20 minutes...but it really gives you a workout. I always feel it the next day! I'd definitly recommend it!

If you type "30 Day Shred" in the search box of the message boards, you'll find lots of posts about it. Most people do like it. I enjoyed it. You could also go to amazon.com and read reviews to see if it's something you'd like to try.

Also: you double posted this thread, you might want to go to the other one and edit it, and just say "sorry, double post" so that you don't have to check between the two for your answers
