Thanks for the encouragement to those that responded, I need to get into gear...my biggest battle is I just feel so tired, and I am anemic but I struggle with finding the energy to want to do much! I do need to be better about not doing so much so soon, I think doing some workout videos at home for a bit is a good idea and I need to get back into planning and preparing my food ahead of time. Thanks for the advise!

You absolutely can get started again, it's just a matter of figuring out what's standing in your way, and then what you can do about it. Life definitely gets in the way of this journey sometimes - it's normal, and it's something you will benefit from learning to accept when it happens! So here's what you do:
1. Pat yourself on the back - it sounds like you have faced a lot of upheaval in the last six weeks or so, and you got through ALL of that while maintaining your 21 lb. weight loss! That's an excellent start. (I know you mentioned gaining two pounds, but honestly, your weight will fluctuate across a range, so to me, that doesn't count as a "real" gain, since it's part of your body's normal, day-to-day adjustments.)
2. Identify what's stopping you from doing the things you want to do, namely eat healthfully and go to the gym.
3. Once you've identified what's in your way, start brainstorming solutions.
If you're having trouble eating healthy meals because you don't have time to cook on a daily basis, try batch-cooking (making 2-3 large meals all at once on the weekend, then freezing and re-heating those meals during the week). Also, consider making use of "no-cook" meals, like canned chicken over salad with a low-fat dressing (just for an example).
If your trouble is getting to the gym, maybe it'd be easier to commit to doing a 20 minute exercise video at home in the morning for right now, instead of making the time investment that travelling to and from the gym requires. Spark has lots of great (free) 10 minute exercise videos that you could use to fit exercise in whenever you can spare 10 minutes throughout the day. I know for me, it's hard to go from doing zero to jumping right back into the gym - I'll usually spend a few weeks or a month doing at-home stuff like going for long walks, riding my bike, or doing short DVD workouts before re-committing to the gym, and that helps me ease back into my routine.

Take a deep breathe. All is NOT lost. Even though you've been a member for a while, I'm going to give you one piece of advice that I give to all new members and it's this,"Don't look at good health or weight loss with an all or nothing mentality." If the only healthy thing you did for yourself today was drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction.
Don't beat yourself up because you've regained some weight or can't seem to get motivated. Take baby steps literally and figuratively. don't try to do everything at once or you will end up frustrated. Set some simple goals just like you did when you started.
As the old song goes,"accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all the positive things you do for yourself and don't beat yourself up because you're not perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.

Maybe you need to start off slow. It sounds like the prospect is overwhelming you 'cause you want to do everything right all at once. So why not just set a goal for today? Like take a walk, or do one of your favorite exercises. Or just make a really healthy meal or drink a lot of water. Then keep doing that each day, and when you think you can, strive to do a little more than last time.
And look on the bright side. 2 pounds isn't a lot, and might just be water weight. Be glad the stressful times you went through are over for now. You can pick yourself up again, getting off the path isn't the end of the world.
So I started off so well at the beginning of the year! I lost 21 lbs and did it the right way (diet and exercise, I still have atleast 60 lbs I want to lose but Im stuck! A month and a half ago, we all got sick (myself my husband, 2 kids) then my husband had a surgery that required me to care for him 24/7, then my father came to visit for a week all of this happened back to back, I had to take a break from the gym which was fine but I CAN NOT seem to get re motivated and its killing me, I do not want to go back to my old lifestyle but it's right there waiting for me, it's so frustrating that I can put the weight on so easily (I have gained 2 lbs back) but it takes months to lose it! AAAHHHHH!
