Thanx for that, I cut out the high-sugary and sports drinks months and months ago, unfortunately i've picked up other unhealthy quick habits after eventually weening myself of that one. I do drink chamomile and peppermint tea's in fact i think of those and green as my life saver, I was addicted to a certain drug years back and I found out about chamomile then the Sleepy Time Tea i drink them almost ritualistically ever since.
Before that I would listen to some music, some oldies or some swing or some blues or some r&b before laying down. Or read from a great book.
But I've had stress and unusual anxiety throughout my life, so going to ly down just to sleep like my close -friends and -family do doesn't work for me on just about any night.
I think online classes have screwed up my eating and resting routine.
