there used to not be anything other than the random list of foods. and let me tell you, broccoli and brown rice is much easier to guess than some of the lists i have seen. it seems they have replaced the title links with a (directions) for the items that they feel you need a recipe for. if it doesn't have directions beside it, you toss it together any way you like. personally i would steam the veg and add it to the cooked rice, then add a Tablespoon of some sauce [orange or teriyaki are what i have in my fridge right now]. then the applesauce is a side/dessert and you drink milk with it.
