*hugs* I'm sorry you're going through a tough time right now.

Can you drink? Maybe you could go to the store and get some Ensure or Boost. Stick em in the fridge - they taste better cold.

Hi SYDNEYMELYN,

What about keeping a journal? Sometimes writing down our feelings helps us have a better understanding as to what we are going through and how to work through them. Just know that food is fuel for your body and not eating enough can lead to a greater loss of lean body mass (muscle, bone, connective tissue) in order just to survive.

Hang in there.

Nancy

emoticon I'm so sorry about what happened. I know it hurts to lose someone. But you need to remember to love yourself and to nurture your body. Eat things that are high in calories for now, so that you don't need to eat as much. Think peanut butter sandwiches, cheese pizza, pasta, really good steaks.

Apparently I'm not an emotional eater.... my boyfriend broke up with me two days ago.
I have no desire to eat. My appetite is gone. I literally can't eat without crying. What can I do to keep from starving?
