How would it be possible for anyone to know based on such limited information? We don't know if you're a man or woman, your age, your height and weight, how much you exercise or how active you are...

Welcome.
During your set-up, you can plug in your personal information: age, gender, ht, wt, exercise plan, weight loss goal, etc.....
You will get a calorie range to meet your goal.
