Click on Change Fitness Goals at the top of your Fitness tracker and you can do it from there.

Hi Jen how do i do that? I have kept my calories to the lower part of what im allowed so im hoping thats enough,if i can get my sodium levels down i will be happy x

I broke my leg once. I think it was exercise just getting around on the crutches.

when i broke my foot i would still do cardio in the form of punching the air, which i labeled as punching bag, and sitting on the floor doing the rowing motion and labeling it as rowing. i don't know how accurate it was to how many calories i was burning and it took a lot longer to burn calories but it worked
I would suggest you keep your calories to the low end of the range that Sparkpeople gives you. Unless you were exercising heavily (i.e., burning lots of calories) staying on the low end of the range should still yield some weight loss. Never go below 1200 calories a day regardless.

Im off work at the moment with a foot injury and will be incapacitated for at least another 4-6 wks should i cut my calories as i cant exercise or walk lol at the moment x
