If you go to your Start page, down the left side you'll see My Goals. Make sure your weight loss goal is correct. If it's not click CHANGE next to it to update it. Then check your calories burned goal the same way. If they are both right, then the calorie range you were given in that section should also be accurate.

Does that help?

Are you having trouble setting your calories burned goal? If so, try tracking what you're doing for a week or two to get an idea of how many calories you burn on average each week. Then use that number in your program setup by clicking on Change Fitness Goals at the top of your fitness tracker.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen
