Strength training workouts don't tend to burn a lot of calories on their own. The benefit comes from building muscle, etc.

I guess i wasn't sure what to look for. I did find the bodyweight segment but it said underneath "add 5 minutes" which I could change to 20. I think I assumed it would show the 20 minute segment and then you might put in your height and weight. looks like it burns 98 calories in 20 minutes. sure did seem like it would be more than that. lol
