If it is a boot camp style workout I would use "Circuit Training" in the fitness tracker and put in you time spent. This will give you a calorie burn approximation - as they all are in the fitness tracker. The only way to get a more accurate measurement is to use a heart rate monitor.
Does anyone know how many calories i would burn doing the Biggest Loser Boot Camp Level 1, 2, or 3 or the entire thing? if anyone uses this dvd or knows please drop me comment :)
