Livestrong has worked for me,My wife currently counts calories and has lost 31 pds,She is currenty eating 1000 a day,I count as well and pending on my work-outs,usually am at around 1400 a day.

I use Sparkpeople, of course!

I've been using my fitness pal too. I also have the SP app but I don't like the app or onlin tracker too much because freezes too much.

Ive just got an app on my mobile phone called 'my fitness pal' that counts calories and helps me with my goals etc...

What do you use/do to count your calories? emoticon
