I have the same issue. I find a lot of "calories burned" on my phone, on sparkpeople, on the machine I am using but they are all different. I have no idea what I am really burning, I have just begun to chalk it up to, if I use the same place to get the calories burned, I should be able to see the difference from one exercise to the next. I have the same issues with the food calories, when it comes to homemade food, I have no idea what is right and what is wrong...
this may have already been asked or be posted else where but I may have missed it. basically im just wondering if there is anywhere were i could find the specific calories burned for certain exercises such as situps, crunchies, jumping jacks and so on specific to my weight, as i know people tend to burn more or less depending on their weight.
any help with this is muchly appreciated, thank you x
