If you go to sparkrecipes.com and click on the recipe calculator, you can add your dish in there and then click the button to add it to your tracker.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

If you put those terms in the search box on the fitness tracker, you'll find them there.

Hope that helps,

I have the same issue. I find a lot of "calories burned" on my phone, on sparkpeople, on the machine I am using but they are all different. I have no idea what I am really burning, I have just begun to chalk it up to, if I use the same place to get the calories burned, I should be able to see the difference from one exercise to the next. I have the same issues with the food calories, when it comes to homemade food, I have no idea what is right and what is wrong...

this may have already been asked or be posted else where but I may have missed it.
basically im just wondering if there is anywhere were i could find the specific calories burned for certain exercises such as situps, crunchies, jumping jacks and so on specific to my weight, as i know people tend to burn more or less depending on their weight.

any help with this is muchly appreciated,
thank you
