The fitness tracker no longer automatically has plans in it, but you can use the Workout Generator to create a plan based on your needs that you can easily add to your tracker. Here's a link:

There use to be a calisthenics plan on the fitness tracker. I have been away for a couple years, but liked the feature, because it had videos of different exercies attached to it. I can not find it now. Any ideas?
