You can do what Becky mentions, that is the most accurate, but does take more time. A lot of the time I just track in 1/4 or 1/2 of the total marinade calories. It's probably an over estimate of the calories but oh well.
Most folks will determine the calorie content of the marinade and then subtract the amount that remains from the total to determine the actual amount consumed. It is a little more work in the beginning...but you will soon see a pattern of usage and use that amount without measuring.

When I marinade food, there is usually lots of marinade left unused in the bowl. How do you track the calories in the food? I don't want to ignore the calories.
