I recommend the NHS couch to 5k program. It's just a podcast, so you can load it and not need a special app to play it:

It's free. :) The first song on week 1 is my favorite ever, too. I wish I could find it off the podcast, because I'd love to add it to my regular running routine.

Does anyone know of a way I can get c25k on my ipod classic?!? I have a timer I can wear to keep track of when to run and when to walk...but I would prefer a prompt through my ipod instead of constantly checking my wrist!
