There are so many ways to incorporate exercise into your day without actually "scheduling exercise time."
Here are a few ways I like to sneak it in: When I am standing at the sink, either brushing my teeth or doing dishes, I like to do calf raises. I do squats while I use mouthwash lol. It may seem silly but it works.
When I am laying on the floor playing with my son (he is 2), I use him as my weights and do "baby bench presses". I will sit him on my stomach and do pelvic lifts (he thinks its a fun game to go up and down.)
I dance while I clean the house, which my son also loves. It makes it more entertaining.
Park farther away from the store so you get in more walking-- take the stairs instead of an elevator. If you work a desk job, try standing for awhile. There are many exercises that can be done while seated at your desk as well.
These may not seem like big things, but I promise, when done routinely, they do make a difference! I wish you luck with journey and remember to take even the smallest success and celebrate it!!
I so understand you ladies! I am mom to 3 girls 19, 7 and 1 year. I work 55-60 hours a week in management and I am very involved in my 7 year olds school. Working out is the one thing I cannot seem to fit in as I already only get 3 hours of sleep on a good night. I try to walk alot at work taking the long way to meetings and I walk between 4 buildings all day but not anything intense.

It is hard when you have so much going on. It was easy for me to put it off for something else that was considered more of a priority, but then I started thinking...my health is a priority. If you don't take care of you...who will. I just worked a twelve hour shift and came home and did 40 minutes of cardio...
