I really appreciate all the ideas And i almost agree with ya there on the power nap. I think most of my weight gain has come from stress but also my sleep and work schedule... when to eat what and stay balanced is responsible too. Its not always easy. Im trying though. I thank you guys for the great ideas though

Green smoothies (in a thermos), apples, cheesesticks, almonds, seeds, turkey jerky (check ingredients) are all quick and portable. Sometimes I fare better from a nap than a snack. 20 minute power-naps restore my mind and body.
Timed snacks give your body steady supply of fuel and if you wait more than a few hours to eat your blood glucose drops, and so do your energy levels. Every one should take a break, no matter how busy work is....gives our bodies a chance to recharge our energy levels.
Have a hard boiled egg...Eggs Are Loaded with Nutrients & lots of vitamins. They are rich in the B vitamin family, and also contribute vitamins A and D. Eggs are also abundant in lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids which protect our eyes...these nutrients are in the yolk of the egg. 74 calories. Enjoy with minimal impact on your blood sugar.
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese and a handful of Matchstick carrots, flaxseeds around 75 calories
1/2 Avocado with stuffed crabmeat 4 ounces crabmeat with a tad of mayo on a bed of lettuce about 6 carbs....even just 1/2 avocado alone.
An Orange If you're hungry for a snack, grab one small orange and get a juicy dose of vitamin C as well as fiber, which helps keep blood glucose under control. The fiber keeps blood sugar under control..... Or berries which have the least impact on blood sugar or an apple a day may just really help keep the doctor away but it can also boost energy.
Granola and energy bars usually have sugar and additives. Your better off eating 20 almonds. You be surprised to see how fast you'll lose minus the bars, just stay hydrated and you'll see more energy.
Flax seeds have all important proteins, and they all have an energy time~released affect on our bodies...1 tsp, in some oatmeal as oatmeal provides B vitamins...B vitamins are energy boosters...Eggs and blueberries, strawberries and avocados are energy boosters too.
Rye bread digests slowly and can help keep you full longer ...maybe try 1/2 of sandwich of peanut butter and rye.....Peanut Butter with Celery Sticks
Reach for bell peppers. They're full of vitamins A & C and antioxidants...maybe with a side of salsa or Pear and 1 ounce of light Brie about 120 Calories
String Cheese 80 calories, 0 g carbohydrates
Just some ideas///and maybe carry a container of Almonds, pistachios or walnuts in the car for a quick snack between jobs. These are healthy fats and nutrients that can take the edge off and help cholesterol as well.

I work two jobs and one is midnights. My sleep can be way out of whack. There are many days i go wayyy too long before i get any. This is one task i am trying to get a grip on but...
My second is i can bring something light to job one not a problem. I can go home and eat breakfast... my problem is job two. Its hard to bring a snack that's quick when i only get one 15 minute break. If i have a shorter shift and dont have anything on my break... when i get home i really am hungry, i dont want to eat anything too major because well be eating dinner like an hour and a half later. its really frustrating trying to work around this. Today started off really good. I had my coffee and my special k cinnamon pecan and only a piece of toast. but when i went to job two for a 6 hour shift... and in retail it sucked today being black friday... god there's so many mean... rude.... greedy people! I was irritated and went to my break away from everyone. I went out to my car and went to eat my well thought of snack, a banana.. and it was frozen too cold for my teeth. ok well i couldnt get anything inside i would've stood in line all break!! So when i got home i was so hungry but dinner is like clock work 530 I start it. Any ideas? Or what i can have in these times? something quick easy and for some energy yet helping me not feel so hungry?
