Sorry for your loss and how it has affected you.
This is a great site where you can find all of the tools you need to lose what you gained back and to maintain in the future. I would recommend you start taking advantage of the community aspect by creating a Sparkpage, joining teams, adding friends, and blogging and using your status updates to keep your friends updated about how it's going.
I am a grandmother, mother, wife, xspecial ed teacher, great cook, and very caring. I am not able to control my eating some of the time, at other times it is easy to focus on low calorie eating and feel confident about it. I lost 50 pounds a few years ago and have been able to keep my weight even. Last month I lost a cousin who was very dear to me. It has left me drained, and I am eating too much. I have gained 10 pounds after helping him die with dignity and helping deal with his estate.
