It can. Just go in and adjust your fitness goals to reflect the actual amount you're burning each week. Out of curiosity, what's your current weekly weight loss goal?

At the very least, try eating at the top of your range for a few days... 1200 calories is fine for sedentary people, but for active people, it's really not enough.
